Are slaughterhouse owners just your average citizens? No, they’re not. They’re used to killing cows and pigs and chickens and turkeys, and pretty much any other animal they can profit off of. So, if you care about horses and are appalled by horse slaughter for human consumption, remember that the same business owners responsible for killing millions of cows, pigs, chickens, and turkeys, will just as quickly do whatever it takes to kill horses as well if they can make a buck.

In New Mexico, Valley Meat is trying to bar a District Court judge from handling a lawsuit against a proposed horse slaughterhouse in Roswell. For horses and all animals who don’t want to see and become a victim on the killing floor, please stop eating animals.
